Tayo Abiodun

Tayo Abiodun is a Human Resource/Management consultant and practitioner with over 27 years of experience. His experience spans both strategy formulation and execution from the executive to the transactional/operational levels.

He is a graduate of Sociology, with a Masters in Labour and Industrial Relations. He has also acquired trainings and certifications which have helped in knowledge/skills acquisition during the course of his career and still ongoing.

He has had and still having valuable experiences in his career working with international consulting firms on mergers/acquisitions as it relates to People Management, HR Transformation and System Designs, Organisational Development and Design, Developing and Defining Vision/Mission Statements and Developing Organisational Value Systems, Rebranding, Internal Communications, Corporate Governance, Outsourcing, Learning and Development, Sales and Marketing among many others.

Tayo served as Assistant Vice President in charge of the Human Resources Group of the First City Group Limited, with the First City Monument Bank Plc as the flagship of the Group until sometime in 2009.

Among other professional certifications, Tayo is a certified Psychometric Testing and Profiling expert; a trainer and Certified Practicing Life, Personal, Small Business, Corporate and Team Coach.

He leads Life-Gate Consulting, a people and management consulting firm with international consulting firms affiliations. He also leads LTBL Consulting – a business, organizational and people consulting. He has leadership roles in a few other organizations.

His focus is on strategy, training, organizational development and design. He is a member of the CIPD, The Coaching Academy UK, among other professional associations.

Tayo is a trainer, a life/personal/business coach, organizational development expert, HR consultant and also a certified recruitment expert.
